Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase tickets to the Air Zoo?

Admission tickets may be purchased through the Air Zoo Tickets page. Enter the number of tickets you would like for each ticket type (Adult, Senior, Kids 6-15, Kids 5 and under), and click "Add to Cart."

After the tickets have been added to your cart, you may Checkout or Continue Shopping.

Upon Checkout, you can adjust the number of tickets you need by changing the number in the "Qty." box and clicking "Update." You also need to select the date of attendance before the transaction can be completed.

Clicking "Add to Cart" for clothing items doesn't always work.

When you are on a category page (such as the Toys page), items can be added directly to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" link.

However, certain items throughout the site (such as clothing or hats) have different size or color options. You can't add such an item directly to your cart from a category page without first choosing this size or color.

Once you have selected a size/color, you will then be able to add the item to your shopping cart.
